1996 brought a number of slight but important changes to the iconic kelly design, including the introduction of palladium hardware and the updated shoulder strap. this 28cm kelly is one of the finest examples of the pre-96 kelly era, which saw essentially zero changes to the design since the late 1960’s. shiny alligator in sellier construction is magnificent in its own right, but here hermès takes it further using one of their most elegant golden shades, ficelle, with gleaming gold hardware. maintained in immaculate condition, this is one of the best kellys we’ve seen in years!
