You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
- It is returned in the original packaging with all labels, tags and accessories intact.
- You can provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Please note: Any item that shows signs of wear, has been altered, or is returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

- Include your order number, reason for return and clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.
- Wait for our confirmation email with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
- Ship the item back using a tracked courier service to avoid loss during transit.
