Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  1. The product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
  2. It is returned in the original packaging with all labels, tags and accessories intact.
  3. You can provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

Please note: Any item that shows signs of wear, has been altered, or is returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return and clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.
  3. Wait for our confirmation email with detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
  4. Ship the item back using a tracked courier service to avoid loss during transit.
