Order Processing
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
- UK Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
- UK Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- International Shipping: 5–10 business days (delivery times vary by destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as postal strikes, severe weather or customs inspections.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method and the weight/size of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. The best way to stay informed is to subscribe to our newsletter via the form in our footer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch, as some carriers take time to register shipments in their system.
International Shipping & Customs Duties
We proudly ship worldwide. However, please note the following for orders outside the UK:
- Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures, which are outside our control.

- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we can re‑ship it once the correct address is confirmed, but additional shipping charges may apply.
- We currently do not deliver to PO boxes in some international locations — please contact us before placing your order if you are unsure.
